Life is happier when you are not suffering from hay fever or allergic reactions…

(This video and the original blog post were created in October 2017. Yes, this is a re-post from the original blog that was attacked).

Do you suffer from hay fever and allergic reactions?

I suffer from hay fever in October as well as in the spring. That’s why I looked for a natural antihistamine. Watch the video with the Weekly Tip – Natural Antihistamine from Your Kitchen Cupboard. Your hay fever can very quickly and easily be gone!

In the video, I share a natural remedy for hay fever symptoms. This is a rapidly effective antihistamine for allergic reactions.
Don’t let your hay fever or allergies get you down. In the video, I share examples of using this natural remedy as well as the benefits of histamine for your body.

I have gone into more detail below, if you would like more information…

Today, I want to share a natural antihistamine with you. It was in October and I tend to get hay fever-like symptoms, allergic reactions. I’m not sure if it is natural pollen type allergies or a reaction to chemicals too.

I’ll tell you what happened this year. I was driving along last week and my nose started to tingle. Then it started to sting and my eyes began to sting and water up. I noticed a farmer spraying a field. As I drove past the field, the reaction I was experiencing became worse. Afterwards, and for the rest of the day, I could still feel it inside.

The next day, I had full blown hay fever. Maybe, it’s a natural pollen reaction, or maybe I react at this time of year to what some of the farmers spray on their fields. I can’t say, or maybe I react to both.

As you know, I am all for natural solutions. I found a natural antihistamine. I’ll tell you about it now. Are you ready? It’s something very simple and something you should have in your kitchen food cupboard. It’s natural sea salt – unprocessed salt.

How to use it:

* Put a little bit of salt on the tip of your tongue.

* Don’t swallow it.

* Leave it at the end of your tongue and let it be absorbed. If there’s any left after a little while, rinse it away.

So, that is one way of using the salt for an allergic reaction. If you find you have full blown hay fever, it’s not very pleasant, is it?  – very much like a cold, actually. Use the salt in a glass of water. Drink it. The combination of the water and salt will bring you a good result.

It takes a matter of seconds for it to start working – usually, because everyone is different, and these solutions may not work on everyone. But it really is that amazing and it’s nature we’re talking about again. No chemical products. It’s wonderful.

I’ll give you another example of the usefulness and effectiveness of salt. Someone asked me for advice recently. They had been working in the garden and had what looked like scratches, a rash, little bubbles, and boils. They’d obviously had a reaction to something they’d been working on in the garden. They also had pain in the gut and couldn’t understand it.

Well, I “scanned” them and realised it was a histamine issue.

What is Histamine?

I’d like to briefly share a little info about histamine. It is generally good for you and your body. In this person’s case, the histamine was overdoing its job, as it were… it was causing irritation on the skin and inflammation in the gut. The inflammation is actually an alarm call for you – more of that further down…

Definition of Histamine:

I’m simplifying things here for briefness. It’s a chemical compound our cells release as a response to injury, an immune response in the case of allergic reaction, chemical exposure, and causes inflammation.

Did you know that histamine also regulates the gut? It also acts as a neurotransmitter in our nervous system and has other functions. We won’t go into all here, just the relevant ones for this topic. I wanted to bring up the connection with the gut and how histamine works. Bear with me here…

* It regulates your gut, so you want histamine.

* It is a protector or defence mechanism in our body and it helps maintain balance.

* One of its main jobs is to correct shortages of water, salt and potassium.

* Inflammation is the histamine’s protective response. It’s like an alarm, telling you that your body requires water.

* Histamine also moves the water about in the body when necessary.

Continuing with the case of the person who had skin irritation and inflammation in the gut, due to the histamine’s response to the allergic reaction that had taken place…when I scanned, I found this and could suggest the solution to the histamine that was working overtime, we can say.

The solutions:

* I suggested salt in a glass of water or salt on the tip of the tongue for internal relief.

* I suggested salt water baths for the external relief – for the itchy rash and bubbles on the skin.

So, my point is – when you use this natural antihistamine you are responding to the body’s demand for more salt or/and water at the same time as dealing with the “foreign bodies” your body has reacted to.

When you use unnatural antihistamine drugs, they don’t answer that demand – they cover it up, so the lack of water and salt in your body continues unaddressed, instead of the problem being fully resolved, as with the natural solution.

In summary, the hay fever is, of course, part of the body’s defence system and the toxins and foreign bodies are being thrown out of your body however the histamine can get it out – runny nose and eyes, sneezing, coughing, etc. The histamine is doing its job, but can be over reacting, and at the same time, you are being reminded to bring balance back to your body – remember to drink plenty of water, without chemical products.

I always suggest being as natural as possible with your solutions. Voilà, you’ve seen how salt helps, with my examples. If you use this remedy, let me know how you get on, or if you would like help with this – scanning or whatever, you can contact me  HERE.

I look forward to hearing from you. I love connecting with you. You are reading this for a reason. We connect with those we are here for and who are here for us…

So, let’s quickly and easily deal with hay fever and allergic reactions. Be happier and get on with life in a better way.
