I just finished a session on the trampoline. That\nfeels good. Got the lymphatics pumping.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

At the end, as per usual, I was lying on the\ntrampoline, contemplating the beautiful blue sky and meditating a little. The\nsky made me think of expanse and freedom. So, I then thought about the lack of\nfreedom at the mo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat is all this mess about?\u201d I asked. The answer\nswiftly came \u2013 \u201cDisconnection. This is highlighting the disconnection in your\nworld. The Light is showing up the Dark Side in more ways than one, but while\nyou are gazing up at the blue sky and the sun and feeling its rays, how does\nyour heart feel?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People have forgotten what the heart is. Yes, it\u2019s a\npump for the blood, but it is so much more. The heart sets up your\nelectro-magnetic field. You people on Planet Earth are being reminded of the\nisolation and disconnection, the separation that you live in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUT your hearts can not be disconnected. You are\nconnected by your hearts. It\u2019s impossible not to be connected. Even if you\nlived on your own in the middle of the desert, you are connected by the\nelectrics of your heart. It\u2019s all energy, Dear One. Your heart knows. It\u2019s all\nLove\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be in peace. It\u2019s all energy and there\u2019s nothing to\nfear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I responded that I wasn\u2019t in fear, to which I was\ntold: \u201cShare that, share that, share that\u2026 What are you waiting for?\u201d So, here\nI am sharing that. There is nothing to fear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I went to get off the trampoline, I touched the\ntree branch where I had hung my scarf. The tree gave me an electric shock.\nHubby asked me how I could get an electric shock from a tree which is earthed.\nI chuckled to myself. The tree was reminding me that we are all connected \u2013\nevery living cell on the planet. The Guides were making their point! LOL<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I came inside, the sun was shining on my beautiful plant in the salon. Here\u2019s a pic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
