It was great doing a Healing Hangout at Angel Cuddle Cafe <\/a>with my guest speaker, Noga Meir,\u00a0Shaman, Spiritual Healer and Teacher.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Noga and I met in Glastonbury, UK last year. When I started the Healing Hangouts I Googled Noga and found a video on YouTube where she performed the opening blessing at a ceremony. Her words made my heart sing – \u201cGreetings from the flower of the heart.\u201d She went on to speak about uniting all belief systems and being one. To be one we must transcend the ego and mind. The first step is to live from the heart. I knew I had to invite Noga to a Hangout\u2026<\/h4>\n
