Healing Hangouts continued on 21st October with my friend Jen Duchene,<\/strong> Queen of Joy, Royal Diviner & Healer,, Speaker, Author, Astro-Numerologist & Akashic Records Consultant & Teacher.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Jen and I met in Glastonbury, UK a year ago. Time seems to be flying by, as the saying goes!<\/h4>\n

This Healing Hangout was so much fun and so amazingly energizing! Jen had the Akashic Records open during the call and channeled a couple of wonderful processes. I asked Jen to lead us through a grounding meditation at the beginning. It is so delightful.\u00a0 As you know, it is important to be daily grounded. You will be glad of this experience. Crowns and tiaras are not compulsory, but I am wearing my tiara for the occasion\u2026LOL.<\/h4>\n

Towards the end of the Hangout Jen takes us through an extraordinary process. As she asks us to return to the room and open our eyes, I am reluctant to do so! The experience is that good.<\/h4>\n

I had the experience of my back being straightened up, shoulders pulled back and burdens literally falling away from my back and shoulders. I was spiritually enlightened and physically lightened. The Joy was so yummy and energizing! I embodied the empowerment from this process. No doubts you will too. I would love to hear about your experiences.<\/h4>\n

      Remember, the processes Jen takes us through are powerful. Please do not listen to the Healing Hangout while you are driving or using heavy machinery or if you need to focus or concentrate on what you are doing. It is best to listen when you have time to be quiet and undisturbed, and can be grounded and connected to the \u201chigher realms\u201d.<\/h4>\n
