But I have left it here, as it shows where I was at when I began the Angel Cuddle Trails, both in a spiritual and a physical sense.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>The site, along with some other sites, was cyber attacked, and I had to redo the site from scratch. They had about six years&#8217; of posting. So, some of the posts will say &#8220;repost.&#8221; As time is circular, the energy still remains relevant.]\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hello,<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Barton here, at Angel Cuddle Trails.<\/p>\n<p>I know that some of you know me as Sarah Pritchard. That\u2019s my married name, but I find that I resonate on a more comfortable and higher frequency using my birth name, Sarah Barton. So I\u2019ve started to use that in my writing and anything to do with Angel Cuddle Trails and sometimes with Angel Cuddle Publishing.<\/p>\n<p>Angel Cuddle Trails combines a number of ideas, in that it\u2019s me on my angel cuddle trails, as I re-awaken and remember who I am. It\u2019s also going to cover when I actually go out on angel cuddle trails, which I do sometimes. In fact, I started with some videos that my daughters recorded, of when I\u2019d been on an angel cuddle energy portal pilgrimage in England, going to such places as Saint Michael\u2019s Mount, Glastonbury Tor and Aylesbury among others.<\/p>\n<p>It was a big deal for me to make the video above, and indeed, the Angel Cuddle Trails site, as I had been hiding, hiding, hiding for so long.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019d had the idea, the inspiration to do the site for a long time. I woke up one morning inspired to do it, and I did it, and then I put nothing on it. For months it just sat there. Well, I eventually started. I kept coming up with excuses of why I couldn\u2019t do it \u2013 you know \u2013 too busy doing this and that and so on\u2026 But then I thought:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo. Come on. You can always find a few minutes,\u201d like I found now, a quiet moment when there\u2019s no one else in the house. And I can just jabber to you for a little bit and welcome you to Angel Cuddle Trails.<\/p>\n<p>Welcome to my journey and, I hope, your journey too. I\u2019m here to share Angel Cuddles, to share the pure Divine love, to help people (beings) be and remember who they are, what they are and to evolve on this Planet Earth that we\u2019re on at the moment.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m a channel of grace and a healer, a Reiki Master. When I do Reiki I have what I call my add-ons. I connect with the angels and the divine pure energy above, and down below, into the centre of the Earth and Mother\u2019s pure, unconditional love\u2026that wonderful love from Mother Earth.<\/p>\n<p>I put it all together. So, it is Reiki but with add-ons. I explain that in the video, but since then, I have evolved, of course&#8230; I am a certified Sacred Freedom Technique Practitioner, which is a combination of Ho&#8217;oponopono and the Emotional Freedom Technique (aka Tapping). I use this every day, and show others (that&#8217;s you) how to do so. That includes when Cosmic Ordering too. You can find videos, courses, resources and so for that, here at Angel Cuddle Trails, as well as at <a href=\"https:\/\/angelcuddlepublishing.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Angel Cuddle Publishing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I either do healing in person or at a distance, either just through the ether when I feel like doing it or on Skype with the person. Or if it doesn\u2019t work out to be able to do that, I can send the healing energy at a time when it\u2019s convenient for them, say when they are asleep, in the middle of the night. I can program it, if you\u2019d like to call it that, to go to them at a convenient time for them. I always work in the now moment.<\/p>\n<p>This site is my way of connecting with more people. As I said, I\u2019d been hiding for so long, but now it\u2019s time for me to show up and to be the torch bearer that I came here to be \u2013 to be the helper, to be the sharer, sharing angel cuddles. They are very real. I&#8217;ve also been described as a human lighthouse&#8230;LOL!<\/p>\n<p>I know that some people will just see me as weird (LOL), but that\u2019s what I came here to be. My brother has often told me I\u2019m weird. Obviously that\u2019s what I came here to be \u2013 a bit weird so that I\u2019ll show up and people can take notice of what I\u2019m saying, the example I\u2019m giving and how I\u2019m being so that they remember how they can be. Or perhaps to encourage them as they\u2019ve already started to be.<\/p>\n<p>I was talking to some people recently. Just started as an ordinary conversation and then it came round to me sharing what I was here for, and talking about different aspects of that. Afterwards, one of the ladies came to me and said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m glad that you told us about these things, because I\u2019ve had experiences and you\u2019ve just confirmed them. I\u2019m so thankful for that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I realised, when I got home, all I did was have a conversation with a small group of people, and if I only helped that one person, it was one person more who will now go out and share that love, that pure divine love that we all share in. But some of us, quite a lot of us, have forgotten and need reminding of it.<\/p>\n<p>It really is wonderful when you resonate at a higher frequency. Once you\u2019ve ascended, don\u2019t forget to &#8220;come back down to earth&#8221; so that you can get on with what you came here to do \u2013 help others. When you do that descension after an ascension, you are in a better position to be able to show people who we are, what we are and why we are here. We all have our purpose here. Part of mine is being weird. Let the weirdness come on! LOL<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0! I just wanted to introduce myself, and to say a bit about Angel Cuddle Trails. There are various videos on the site \u2013 ones that had been done at the energy portals and other ones as I am inspired to do them.<\/p>\n<p>Healing videos\u2026 They are encoded, and they\u2019ll work no matter when people watch them (I always work in the now moment).\u00a0 So the energy encoding remains there.<\/p>\n<p>Or connection videos\u2026showing people how to connect, how to feel, how to immerse themselves in that love. It\u2019s so magnificent, so wonderful. The more of us there are living in that love (we\u2019re all connected by our hearts) resonating on the higher frequencies, the better the Earth will be, the better the beings on the Earth will be being.<\/p>\n<p>So, my aim is to connect with as many people as possible.
