In the second Lockdown Cheatsheet video in the series of three videos, I offered up the question:
“Are they testing if we’re as dumb as they’ve tried to make us?”
This is an extension on that. It has been brought to my notice that anti-social isolation puts your brain at risk of shrinking in size along with reduction of function.
A study done by a team of scientists from the University of Pennsylvania showed that (anti-)social isolation can cause profound structural changes and reduction in size after a few months. After the 14-month study took place, the scientists involved showed major brain changes, which I have shared in the video.
One reason is the monotony – same environment, scenery and actions day after day.
Support your brain function. Try to look at different things to stimulate the brain. I’m not talking about watching different TV programs. They are giving us a big clue here – media programming.
Meditation is a good tool here, Connect with Source and ground. Practice mindfulness for yourself and others. Be present in the moment and think positive thoughts.
This whole experience is about separation. We are waking up to the new unity consciousness. Let’s work together to be powerful. I finished the video with the Ho’oponopono mantra and some fun. I wore a masquerade mask, and pointed out how that mask was just about as useful as the masks they are trying to tell us to wear, but far less dangerous.

As well as the more important plandemic info in this video, one element doctors share is the effect of social isolation on the immune system, which lowers each day you are in lockdown. Our bodies need interaction to keep the immune system functioning at its best and balanced.
Eat immune system balancing food such as:
Asparagus
Broccoli
Brussel sprouts
Mushrooms
Peppers
Sweet potatoes
At the same time, avoid highly processed foods containing artificial ingredients, carbs, and sugars.
Question: Why have they been telling us, or even forcing us to do the opposite of what is most healthy for us?

There, we’re asking for clarity and to clear anything that’s blocking us from actually being able to do whatever it is we want to do or be. And asking the Light of the Divine to enter, to come in to help out the spark of the Divine, the Light of the Divine that we are, as we are one with the Light of the Divine.
Remember, you are cleansing on you, on your stuff, your subconscious, your inner child and the data it has been collecting and holding on to for you.

As I’m cleansing on me and bringing up the stuff that I’m cleansing on, I’m giving you the opportunity to take 100% responsibility and to do clearing too. That’s my intention for this part of the video today and to facilitate you in clearing.
That’s what I do as a facilitator. It is not the “healer” doing the healing. You do your own healing (with the Source energy) by clearing. I’m a facilitator of that healing – your healing of self.
