Electric Shock from a Tree

I just finished a session on the trampoline. That feels good. Got the lymphatics pumping.

At the end, as per usual, I was lying on the trampoline, contemplating the beautiful blue sky and meditating a little. The sky made me think of expanse and freedom. So, I then thought about the lack of freedom at the mo.

“What is all this mess about?” I asked. The answer swiftly came – “Disconnection. This is highlighting the disconnection in your world. The Light is showing up the Dark Side in more ways than one, but while you are gazing up at the blue sky and the sun and feeling its rays, how does your heart feel?”

People have forgotten what the heart is. Yes, it’s a pump for the blood, but it is so much more. The heart sets up your electro-magnetic field. You people on Planet Earth are being reminded of the isolation and disconnection, the separation that you live in.

BUT your hearts can not be disconnected. You are connected by your hearts. It’s impossible not to be connected. Even if you lived on your own in the middle of the desert, you are connected by the electrics of your heart. It’s all energy, Dear One. Your heart knows. It’s all Love…

Be in peace. It’s all energy and there’s nothing to fear.

I responded that I wasn’t in fear, to which I was told: “Share that, share that, share that… What are you waiting for?” So, here I am sharing that. There is nothing to fear.

As I went to get off the trampoline, I touched the tree branch where I had hung my scarf. The tree gave me an electric shock. Hubby asked me how I could get an electric shock from a tree which is earthed. I chuckled to myself. The tree was reminding me that we are all connected – every living cell on the planet. The Guides were making their point! LOL

When I came inside, the sun was shining on my beautiful plant in the salon. Here’s a pic.
