Cool Cats Video Challenge – Introducing Angel Cuddle Healing

In an endeavour to “show up” more, I took part in a Cool Cats Video Challenge last week. You may have seen my video entry on my Angel Cuddle Trails FB page. Now, the goal was to make a 3 minute or less video, introducing myself and how I can help people and to post it on Facebook. I have shared two versions of my entry – the practice one (above) and the actual one (which were 10 and 5 minutes in length respectively).

I found it difficult to keep to 3 minutes, obviously! I have so much to share and I was talking about my passion. (Or I was just being too long-winded! LOL – I will let you decide). I have included both videos on the blog post, because I shared a quick energy connection transmission in the longer version. So, when you listen to that one, you should not be driving, working with heavy machinery, or needing to focus.

In the videos, as well as sharing the link where you can download an Angel Cuddle Healing taster mp3, I share the story behind the name Angel Cuddle Healing, how a good healer empowers people to heal themselves, to re-balance and re-align, and realise that the healing comes from within. The body can un-create anything that it has created. Mother Nature has all the necessary answers.

I channel the energy healing. I guide you with the Law of Attraction and often, the Angel Cards, but it is you, your own healer, from within, for all healing in your life. I committed to “showing up”, connecting and sharing with more people and then I took some action steps to do that. That opportunity was put in front of me. I don’t know quite how I connected with Janet Beckers at Cool Cats, but I went with the flow. LOL. Thanks to the challenge, I’ve decided to make short (3 minute or less) tip videos, sharing little snippets. Will I be able to stick to 3 minutes? We will see…
